When will my order ship?

Most orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days from the time your order is placed.

How will I receive my e-book?

You will receive an email after ordering from @noreply@digital-downloads.com which will display the link to download your EPUB file. If you don't see it, please check your spam. Please make sure your email address is correct during checkout so your product can be delivered to the right person.

What's your refund/return policy?

No refunds/returns unless the product is damaged. If that's the case, please send photos within 5 business days of receiving your product, otherwise we can't refund or replace your item(s).
